Ixe Dog Fact: This breed was not made to live outside. They need to live near their family because they like being close to their twolegs aka humans. This makes them feel happy and safe. Their bushy coat requires regular brushing.
Nice looking dog. Looks a little like a Border Collie to me. I don't think I've heard of this breed.... But that's why I come to your blog!!!! Great Job!
ReplyDeleteNice Blog, Ixe. This is Tia Veronica, here...writing to you all the way from Brazil. I sure hope you get to visit us soon. :) I am curious about Aggie and other old dogs. Have you thought about asking the owners; what's the hardest part of owning a (their/your) dog? For example, I know my father had a real hard time with seeing his (used to be mine, but really he took care of it) dog get old and eventually pass. Gotcha (that's was the dog's name) got arthritis and also started going blind, too. My father was heartbroken to see his best buddy get old. . . it's still so hard on him that he won't even consider having another pet.
ReplyDeleteOk, I just wanted to share with you that little story. I hope you keep on blogging and sharing with us. We love reading about the dogs you meet. :)
sending you a big hug...
